Thanks for your interest in being a Vendor / Exhibitor at SoulFest!

All applications will be held for consideration until overall booth vendor representation is determined. Acceptance is based on quality, type, and content of merchandise / organization. NS reserves the right not to rent space to any individual or group who is not in harmony with the principles and objectives of EVENT and has a no refund policy upon full acceptance / approval of VENDOR.


The following application will become an agreement upon approval for vending / exhibiting at SoulFest. This agreement is in reference to The SoulFest (herein referred to as EVENT) held at Franklin County Fairgrounds (herein referred to as SITE) in Greenfield, MA, on Thursday, August 15, 2024 through Saturday, August 17, 2024. Whereas New Sound, Inc (herein referred to as “NS”) sponsor of the EVENT shall provide space and exposure opportunity at the EVENT to you, the applicant (herein referred to as “VENDOR”), in exchange for fees and commissions described below. VENDOR and NSI both agree to and understand the policies and regulations as outlined below. A printable PDF with the details you'll agree to in this application will be sent upon approval to assist with preparing for the festival.

Merchandise Vendors & Exhibitors

Vendors and Exhibitors can enjoy the outdoor festival experience with the protection of a building (a cement floor, easy access to electrical outlets/drops, doors that lock up at night) with a 10' x 10' booth space in the Halberg Hall (Grandstand building) or opt to bring their own 10' x 10' tent. Both options include:

  • 10' x 10' booth space 
  • One (1) 8 ft table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) multi-day vendor passes

Booth Space Rates

  • Indoor 10' x 10' Booth: $600 by June 15, 2024; $700 thereafter
  • Bring Own 10' x 10' Tent: $1,000
  • Need a space bigger than 10' x 10'? Inquire to rent a 10’x10’ tent or larger by emailing us at vendors@thesoulfest.com.

Other Fees, Items and Available Discounts

  • Vendors selling merchandise are subject to a commission of 10% of sales verses $600, whichever is greater.
  • Non-profits receive a 10% discount by attaching their 501c3 documentation within the application/agreement process.
  • Colleges / Educational Exhibitors are now included within the regular exhibitor rate
The following additional space or items can be selected once your application has been approved:
  • Additional booth space: $550 (adjacent to your assigned location, includes 1 table & 2 chairs)
  • Electricity: $50
  • Tables: $20/each
  • Chairs: $10/each
  • Vendor Passes: $125/per person until June 15, 2024; $150/per person thereafter

Food Vendor Information & Fees

Truck / Tent / Kiosk fees vary based on the footprint (for all 3 days):

  • $1500 fee - 10’ x 10’ tented space for smaller vendors (roving, single item, etc)
  • $1800 fee - 20' x 20' tented space or up to 25' food truck
  • $2000 fee - Larger spots

Includes:

  • Limited Parking is available with pre-arrangement.
  • Up to 6 weekend passes for workers + special rates on camping
  • Access to electricity & water, trash/compost/recycling, ice station (ice extra).
  • Propane inspection fee by Greenfield Fire Department

Additional Fees:

  • Permit fees: Town of Greenfield vendor & safety permits; fire inspection fee
  • Extra Electricity Fee: Add $50 for additional electricity beyond 1 20-amp /110V circuit
  • Grey water removal
