Acceptance is based on quality, type, and content of merchandise / organization. NS reserves the right not to rent space to any individual or group who is not in harmony with the principles and objectives of EVENT and has a no refund policy upon full acceptance / approval of VENDOR.The following application will become an agreement upon approval for vending / exhibiting at SoulFest. This agreement is in reference to The SoulFest (herein referred to as EVENT) held at Franklin County Fairgrounds (herein referred to as SITE) in Greenfield, MA, on Thursday, August 15, 2024 through Saturday, August 17, 2024. Whereas New Sound, Inc (herein referred to as “NS”) sponsor of the EVENT shall provide space and exposure opportunity at the EVENT to you, the applicant (herein referred to as “VENDOR”), in exchange for fees and commissions described below. VENDOR and NSI both agree to and understand the policies and regulations as outlined below. Vendors and Exhibitors can enjoy the outdoor festival experience with the protection of a building (a cement floor, easy access to electrical outlets/drops, doors that lock up at night) with a 10' x 10' booth space in the Halberg Hall (Grandstand building) or opt to bring their own 10' x 10' tent.
